Teacher
Joe has taught at a number of the country's top vocational dance colleges including Italia Conti, Creative Academy, CPA Studios, The Brit School, Morea Performing Arts and D&B Performing Arts. He currently works as Head of Dance at University Centre Weston and previously held the role as Head of Jazz at Creative Academy. In all these roles he was responsible for developing, teaching and marking modules on degree and diploma courses.
He is an exceptionally experienced teacher with qualifications including an MA in Dance Technique Pedagogy as well as his Fellowship Modern and Tap and DDE Imperial Ballet with the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing).

Alongside his Head of Dance role at UCW, he also currently teaches at Fitzgraham Academy of Dance and Dorothy Coleborn School of Dance, running technique classes while also preparing students for auditions, exams and competitions.
In addition to his regular scheduled classes, Joe also offers workshops and private tuition in jazz, contemporary, tap and ballet technique, exam coaching for ISTD Modern Theatre, Tap and Contemporary exams (up to and including Advanced 2 level) and choreography for auditions, exams and competitions.
He has a full clean DBS, Public Liability Insurance and regularly undertakes child protection training.
